Principle

ForDWP type air jet mesh-belt dryer, the hot air flows. Through narrow seams orholes, downward or upward to the materials on the transmission belt. Becausethe spray air speed is up to more than 15m/s, the heat transmitting film isvery thin, the heat transmitting co-efficiency is big and the drying speed isfast. When the machine is used for the air tight grains, the above air jet flowwill return to the top and the bottom flow will return to the bottom, take partin circulation. For some materials, the air flows will pass through the insideof the materials, the heat source can be steam, electricity, thermal furnacesand combustion oil flue and etc.

Applications

DWPtype spray air mesh-belt drying machine is mainly used for drying the fiberplate, plaster plate, carton board, pulp film, coated cloth and etc.. Themachine is also suitable for drying the sheet state material and some specialmaterials.
