SandWasher Product Introduction
The efficient sand washing machine of XSD series is a kind ofcleaning equipment of international advanced level for sand and slag pellets,developed on the basis of introducing foreign outstanding technology of thesame kind of products. According to customers’ feedback, it meets their demandswell both on capacity and on the cleanliness.
Sand washer is used to remove the dust in sand. It is widely usedfor cleaning materials in the following industries: quarry, minerals, buildingmaterials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower,cement mixture station and so on.
SandWasher Structure Features
1. The sand washing machine features simple structure, big gapbetween impeller transmission bearing system and water as well as rawmaterials, so that it protects the bearing from dipping into the water, sandand other pollutants.
2. Mid-fineness sand seldom lapses out. The grade and the finenessof washed build sand can reach required standard.
3. High ablution, big capacity, low consumption, long servinglife.

SandWasher Working Principle
The electric motor runs slowly with the impellorafter decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stoneflow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, andgrinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the sametime, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and somelow-weight wastes from washing launder. Through the above process, the washingfunction is finished. The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goesup slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in thewashing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on theother hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the sand and stone goes tothe out launder from the rotary impellor to finish the washing task.
