Two Process
With 150 × 150 × 3000mm continuous casting billet production Φ8-Φ32mm twisted steel in the production process on a semi-continuous rolling method, the export line speed to be as large as 14m / s;Rolling need to cut with computer multi-length shear before going to in cooling bed , fast shear, can only meet the technical requirements.
Three process
Billet—→ transportation roller—→Φ550 bloomer—→∮350×4 IM unit(Ⅰ)—→∮350×4 IM unit(Ⅱ) —→∮300×4 four FM units—→flying shear—→Pinch Roll —→Step-type cooling bed cooling—→ scale cold shear—→packaging(double) and marking —→ measurement—→ storage
