Description:Features: Electromechanical combination drive drilling rig is driven by AC frequency conversion electric motor that is used by rotary table (drawworks and drill pumps adopt machine drive.) Suitable for 114mm drill pipes and the drilling operation of oil well, gas well and water well with a drilling depth from 4000m to 7000m. Drawworks and drill pumps adopt unified drive program of hydrodynamic drive, integral chain box paralleling. Drill pump is driven separately by two cardan shafts after paralleling that is finished by diesel engine hydraulic coupler advancing reducing gear box set via 6 shaft paralleling transmission case, whose output end adopts cardan shaft end-to-end joint transmission with the output end of drawworks to drive automatic air compressor and power saving electric generator through "V" tape. Generator room set is installed on base (the height is 0.8m). Two sets of auxiliary diesel generating set incorporate electric supply + electric supply of power saving electric generator. Drawworks adopts hydraulic disc brake as main brake and Elton brake (or electromagnetic eddy current brake) as auxiliary brake for centralized control. Electro reducing set is used for automatic drill and emergency drive. Rotary table is driven through chain reducing gear box by AC variable frequency electric motor, stepless speed regulation, which is suitable for high pulling torque and operating requirement of high rotate speed drilling. The derrick is K type. Legs are on base under substructure, with great working stability. The derrick uses drawworks power to jack up integrally and could be suitable for fixing 500 ton top drive. The types of drilling platform substructure have box on box type and helicospiral type. The main components and equipment of drilling platform can be installed in the condition of low level and use drawworks power to jack up integrally. Drilling rigs is equipped with VFD system and MCC system. VFD is used to control rotary table AC variable frequency electric motor and automatic drill. MCC is used to control other electro equipment.
