Why the silicon metal can be used in semiconductor industry?
Because of the band gap energy at 300K of the silicon metal , it is confirmed as an important semiconductor material. It has a negative temperature coefficient of resistance , since the number of free charge carriers increases with temperature. The electrical resistance of single crystal silicon significantly changes under the application of mechanical stress due to the piezoresistive effect.

B: Based on the require of the customer , we can provide every general grade of silicon metal , such as 411 , 441 , 553 , 1515 , 2202 , 3103 grade and so on.
A: well ,how many silicon metal can you produce every month ?
B:we can produce about 10,000MT every month.
A: How do you to control the quality of the silicon metal ?
B: We have various kinds of methods to control our quality. First of all, we have a full set of test machines in our factory. And besides we work with the third party inspection institution SGS, we can arrange the inspection according to customers requirements before the product shipped.
