Why the silicon metal can be used in semiconductor industry?
Because of the band gap energy at 300K of the silicon metal , it is confirmed as an important semiconductor material. It has a negative temperature coefficient of resistance , since the number of free charge carriers increases with temperature. The electrical resistance of single crystal silicon significantly changes under the application of mechanical stress due to the piezoresistive effect.

B: We have various kinds of methods to control our quality. First of all, we have a full set of test machines in our factory.
