Descrition:
 
1) We adopt the double deck structure to produce 2 kinds of profiles in one machine so that the customers can save the costs and space.
2) We recommend 12 M auto-stacker connecting with the main roll forming machine so that the customer can save the labors.
3) We adopt the AMS controller and AMS encoder made in USA as well as the AMS ‘S input screen to realize the human-interactive .
4) The whole line is consists of hydraulic decoiler,rollforming machine,auto-stacker and electrical cabinet to realize the waterflow production
5) The machine has the feature of low noise,stable performance and high efficiency.
6) It just needs 2 min to shift from bottom deck into upper deck production
