Features:

This product is a new high-strength coating bottom ash, mainly used for the leveling rough surface of cement mortar or concrete walls, providing a good base surface for the layer lacquer putty, to reducing the amount of surface lacquer putty and low down the project cost.

Surface Treatment:

1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.

2, New plaster surface should maintenance about twelve days before inserting the lacquer putty, do not use cement paste for calendaring. If the wall is too dry, wet the wall before operation till there is no obvious water on the surface.

Operation Process:

1, Using appropriate amount of water (about 3: 1) to transfer it into a paste.

2, According to the water-cement ratio, pouring the water into the stirring barrel, adding the powder, using an electric mixer to make particle paste, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect.

3, Using point-mending method to repair the base side for those large different places, after dry use a spatula evenly to spread the slurry on the base surface, and control the thickness under 2~3mm.

4, Dry after 24h, can make the operation of the surface lacquer putty.

Normal Amount:

About 1.5~2.0kg/m², according to the smooth of the surface.

Cautions:

1, Never mix the dry slurry with water and use again.

2, This product requiring operating under 5℃~40℃ situation, never operate under raining.

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
