Grey Porcelain Waterproof Tile Adhesive Harmless For Building
Cement-based polymer adhesive specially for bonding marble on interior and exterior wall and floor. Marble is high strength, heavy, low water-absorption, back smooth and becomes yellow when meets alkali. PB-05 is high bonding strength, low alkali and avoids the marble becoming yellow. Suitable for bonding marble on cement mortar, concrete, Eterpan etc such strong substrates.
Features:

2, Has certain thixotropy and easy to construct. Can finish the waterproof, paste and joint at a time, saving time and shortcut.

Application Scope:
Mainly used for pasting all kinds of paper tiles, mosaic and lath bricks.
Surface Prepation:
1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, or other loose materials.
2, The substrate should have certain strength, common flatness and verticality.
Application:
1, Ratio: adhesive:water=3.3:1. Stirring them into uniform paste. Put it aside for 2~3 minutes and then a little stirring to gainthe better effect.
2,Using a tooth scraper to scrap the adhesive on the working surface, control within 1㎡, and pressing the adhesive in the back seam of the paper tiles and mosaic. Then pasting the mosaic tile on the surface.

Cautions:
1, Check the situation of the substrate before application.
2, Used between 5℃ to 40℃ is better.
3, In summer, when the temperature of the substrate is too high (≥40℃), wet the substrate with water first to prevent from lossing water fast and affecting the quality of application.
4, Never mix the dried slurry with water for second use.
5, Clean the surface of the tiles with a piece of wet cloth 1~2 hours after the application.
6, Finished af ter 24h, can be continue to operate.
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
