Description:Features: 1) Technical index: a) Appearance: clear or light yellow viscous liquid without any mechanical impurities b) Viscosity: 2.8Pa.s (25±0.5°C) c) Solids content: 28% d) Shear strength: 1.85MPa e) VOC: 500 (g/L) 2) Characteristics: a) Non-yellowish b) Benzene-free and nontoxic c) Strong early-stage viscidity d) Anti-drawbench e) High heat durability 3) Instructions: a) Clean: grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be cleaned off, surface of bamboo, leather or rubber must be matted. Rough surfaces must be smoothed b) Shake: shake well before used in order to gain the best effect of viscosity c) Brush: brush or spray onto two surfaces need to be stick together d) Airing: wait for 10 to 15 minutes after brushing (depends on temperatures) until the condition is proper to agglutinate e) Agglutination: add pressure or tapping for the super viscidity f) Application tools: brusher, roller, shaver, trowel 4) Storage: a) Maintain under the room temperature for 1 ~ 3 days will be helpful to reach the best viscidity effect b) Storage condition: i) Keep out of the touch of children ii) Store in cool, dry and ventilated place c) Period of validity: 12 months 5) Notes: a) Adhesive contains volatile solvent and is easy to burn. Please keep it away from fire and make sure the construction site is well ventilated b) Please test the product before it is applied to production procedure c) To avoid the yellowish caused by chemical reactions of the product and shoe materials, the product must be maintained on the contact surfaces. In any case of dripping out of contact surfaces, it must be cleaned immediately d) According to the type of materials being adhered, it must apply our surface cleaning solution to clean the contact surfaces e) During the application procedure, the room must be maintained ventilated according to the national safety policies f) In order to ensure the best adhering result, it should mix the adhesive with our solidifying solvent by 3 ~ 5% g) In any case of contacting with skin, please wash away immediately Outer packing: 15L x 1 (N.W.: 15kg), 4.5L x 4 (N.W.: 4kg)
