Product Description
Hair long-lasting removal:
The technique targets melanin, the chromophore contained in hair and hair follicles. Light absorption rapidly elevates the temperature above 70 C - the temperature at which follicle is destroyed - making it unable to produce a new hair. Most of our hair is in the resting phase which explains why more than one treatment is necessary.
Skin Rejuvenation:
Intense Pulsed Light is targeted on the epidermis and chromophores in blood vessels to remove wrinkles (stimulate collagen growth) and blemishes (vascular lesions / spider veins, pigmented lesions / age spots). Collagen growth is stimulated by the light and application of proprietary creams. Small vessels and pigmented lesions collapse when heated up to 70? C - thereby reducing the number of artifacts on and under the skin.
