Mold construction description: cold runner system, 2 plates, cavity insert need to pull out as mold open, moreover, two sliders first move, the other two sliders later move, then the product is ejected by the whole core, when mold close, the two sliders move firstly will later move, total 4 angle sliders, cavity ejection, core ejection.

This mould is made in Shiny Mould Factory. It is a mould exported to USA, with complicated structures and high quality requests. Customer needs mold life to be over 1 million shots. We can ensure this mold life and give warrant to our customer that once some mould components are broken during working, if it is caused not by the operation fault from the workers, we can provide new mould components to them free of charge.
