How to use Automatic Cable Wire Cut Strip Crimp Machine?

1, Get pneumatic control system through and pour terminals&plug insert into vibration

2, Turn on the start work switch

3, Insert cable and then press foot switch

4, Continually Insert cable and press foot switch

5, Strip outer jacket, flatting and cutting, Strip conductor jacket, separate the conductor, crimp one end.

Operation Preparation:

1, Add oil fuel and lubrication oil to act part which need.

2, Whether the upper and lower mold screw(the crimping parts of the upper and low ,old) is fully locked or not.

3, Whether pressure reaches 4.5KG.

4, Terminal placement: the terminal put into the vibration plate, can be put around 1000pcs terminals one time; putting wire into the\"24\"left back position, wire into \"22\", the wire transferring from left to right being sent in the right direction with the terminal riveting synchronously.

5, Whether the punching press, vibration plate switch is turned on or not.

 Note:

1, Wire strippers are not in place or when sending terminal, the machine will automatically and give off audible hum(after 3 second the noises stops), at this time press the start switch\"1\" to continue operations

2, The daily operation is completed, clearing up the machine with the air gun, particularly to clear up the debris near the plan line and cutting line work bit.

3, The oil added: before starting machine each day, adding oil to all parts.

4, Paying attention to drainage for the filter.

5, Timely clear up the wastes in the waste tank.
