Description

Ink
Mainly is sublimation ink, normal inkjet printer ink is also available, but transfer effect is worse. Sublimation ink is the key of the whole transfer printing technology.
The problem of sheet crimping

The paper is be affected with damp Air drying Affected by too much ink The back of paper is not coated The widest the paper is, the easiest to crimp. The paper incline to one side when printingIn the printing process, the paper incline to one side, the mainly reason is the coating of paper is no uniform.The highest is 1200*1440DPI

Adjust the right hot-pressing temperature and time: the temperature range of transfer printer machine is about180-230℃, time is about 10-30 seconds, in a formal mass transfer should be done before you decide the best parameters test; When hot pressing close to the surface heat transfer necessary : In the heat, heat to face when hot pressing paper, printing surfaces must close to, can not have the space, can appear otherwise transfer printing graphic fuzzy phenomena.
Sublimation paper advantages: High quality solutions to the sublimation and bright color, rich, its effect and printing can be comparable, heat transfer in high temperature is sublimation ink is heated up to thermal transfer into objects, sublimation is formed namely after colour beautiful images. So, thermal transfer durability, images, won\'t fall off, cracked and fade. Thermal transfer can even special paper, enough to absorb heat ink, under high temperature and the thermal transfer will be absorbed completely from paper released in ink out, scattered ratio to 95% above, will be transferred to the thing on transfer printing color.
Use wide : chemical fiber, polyester, cotton content below 40% blended fabrics and coated with glass, ceramic, metal etc.Transfer paper storage conditions: waterproof, fire prevention, avoid light, pay attention to seal when not in use.
