Description
Sublimation is a process in which from a special printer compatible with sublimation inks, dyes are printed on to a transfer that when heated to a vapor, The colors are absorbed into the threads of a special blend fabric.
This same process is used to transfer images to special processed mugs, plaques, name plates, clipboards, mouse pads, license plates, special-blended wearing apparel or metal plates. This process allows for more color combinations, quality and brilliant resolution. Most important and customer friendly, is the fact the transfer will not crack, fade, peel or bleed. How to tell the paper transfer rate?
Among of all the colors, the transfer rate of black, red, blue etc. is lower, but our products can essential to meet the customer needs, basically can achieve the indicator of the Netherlands paper. Transfer rate depends on the ink residue on the paper.
The reason for low transfer rate?
Firstly, textiles choice is correct.
Secondly, the suitable of ink, our paper basically suit for all kinds’ ink.
Thirdly, the reason of temperature and machine, choosing suitable temperature according to different material, and the temperature of machine is instable which leads to aberration.
Fourth, the paper itself, including the coat is too thin and so on.
The problem of sheet crimping
Crimping is mainly rub print head, effect the useful life of print head, and also is not convenience to cut the paper. Reason:
The paper is be affected with damp Air drying Affected by too much ink The back of paper is not coated The widest the paper is, the easiest to crimp. The paper incline to one side when printingIn the printing process, the paper incline to one side, the mainly reason is the coating of paper is no uniform.The highest is 1200*1440DPI
