Parts feature:

1. Piston rod

It is made of alloy steel with high intensity, first of all, do mid frequency induction hardening for the surface of piston rod, so that the intensity can reach to HRC62 at highest; then the surface of piston rod is hard plating and polishing to be Ra0.08um.

2. Guide sleeve

It is made of ductile cast iron according to the feature of excavator, with high wearing capacity.

3. Cylinder body

The material apply alloy steel 27SiMn, the intensity is high and the shape is small, it is very light. It is honed and rolled to have a high surface finish quality, so that the friction inside can be least and prolong the life of seals.
