Functions and Features:
It overcomes the problem of galling and pressed corrugation caused by the traditional slitting and cutting
by the thick angle blade. The paperboard edge is smooth and bright after its slitting and cutting, so as to
improve the whole quality and appearance, and especially to the fundamental promotion of the quality of
the printing after this procession.
Main characteristic:
● Adopt double pre-scoring when working, then do final scoring, reduce scoring Seam broken, suit for
poor quality carton sheet manufacture.
● Slitting Part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy,
non-pressing and non-burr.
● Scoring Part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the
carton sheet.
● Grinding Part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type, it could be grinding
when working, improve work efficiency.
● Adopt China famous brand or imported electric element, dependable performance.
