Description:
1. Function of the machine:
RO membranes auto wash and manual wash
RO membranes manual wash wite medicine
Pure water high water level auto stop, low water level auto start
Multi-phases pump protected without water
Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current

We use SUS 304 tank to fill quartz sand and active carbon. The controlling machine is made of stainless steel, as well as. All water pipes are PVC material.
1). RO system means reverse osmosis system, which is the most advanced technique in pure drinking water treatment.
2). This machine can be design for small or large scale water factory according to the output.
3). This machine follows four steps to purify raw water, make sure the most pure drinking water.
4). We design all kind of protecting measures against no power, poor power, larger electrical current, short circuit, creep age of electricity and so on.
2. Design basis
1). Source of water: tap water, if not, pls provides the report for water quality test report.
2). Water production specifications
Note: water capacity will be changed when the water temperature is down 1 °c, and water production would be decreased by 3%. Desalination system: ≥97% Water recovery: 50-65%
3. The system process
Raw water → raw water tank → raw water booster pump → mechanical filter → activated carbon filter (→water softener machine) → precision filter →(cleaning device) high-pressure pump → RO(reverse osmosis) device → pure water tank → Ozone device/UV device) → pure water.
