4L-2.8 Knapsack Grain Combine Harvester Product Introduction:
It is a knapsack combine harvester which is matched with the tractor of more than 50 horsepower and takes the power output of the tractor as power, can simultaneously complete the operation of cutting, conveying, threshing, separating and cleaning wheat, barley, rice and other crops, and is equipped with a large-capacity granary device to be more adaptable to farmers’ demands.
Characteristics:
1. Header: Adoption of unique sway-ring box transmission form, stable operation of cutter bar, small vibration and low noise, capability of prolonging service life of the header and the cutter bar, adoption of the hydraulic hoisting form, low stubble-cutting position and no dropping grain;
2. Threshing part: adoption of tangential-flow and axial-flow two-stage rollers for threshing, long separation cycle, low damage rate, no blockage and high operation efficiency, suitability for high-yield moist crops, and capability of harvesting day and night;
3. Cleaning mechanism: adoption of the combination of fan and vibrating screen to clean grain, compact structure, reliable work, small vibration, high cleaning degree and low loss;
4. Granary device: large capacity, convenient and reliable grain discharge, adoption of scraper type hoister, reliable performance and small power consumption.
5. Double hoisting device: the high-speed refresher is changed into the double hoisting device, which makes impurities and residue enter the axial flow room twice; the screening box is lengthened, increasing cleaning surface by 20% and reducing impurity content and cleaning loss. (This part is the optional configuration for users and has obtained the national patent).
