Description of PDC Cutters:

The polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) cutter is compact of a polycrystalline diamond layer and a tungsten carbide substrate. The polycrystalline diamond layer possesses extremely high hardness and abrasion resistance, whereas the tungsten carbide substrate would greatly improve the toughness and weldability of the whole compact.

Features of our PDC cutters:

(1) High abrasion resistance —the new sinter techniques firm the bonding of diamond particles and the abrasion resistance has a vast increase. The diamond layer which has a thickness of 2-3mm assures a longer life of the diamond compact cutter.

(2) Higher impact resistance—the beveled interface of diamond layer and tungsten carbide reduce residual stress of PDC cutter and improve impact resistance.

(3) Thermal stability—the resist temperature reaches 800°C, which makes reliable quality and better performance when PDC cutters are used in the drilling bits.
