Process
Conveying feeding→metal detector → parallel twin screw extruder → bipolar vacuum exhaust system →
hydralic screen exchanger → material outing mould → water tank → drying system → cutting granulating
unit → storage hopper
PET plastic recycling is generally used in PET bottles like crushing, drying, heating plasticization and
then granulation. After processing the formation of aggregates PET is made for PET related products.
In particular as a greater amount of synthetic textile raw materials. Since PET bottles were large-scale used
in the beverage, tableware, and also because of health and other reasons, it can only use one-time, so
PET bottle recycling equipment has been concerned. General PET bottles from the bottle, bottle trailers,
labels are PE, they also can recovery and granulation.
Our company has developed a new generation of PET bottle-recycling granulator unit successfully. The
machine used all closed. The entire production process is without droplets, no noise. The raw material is
waste PET bottles tables. It has a high yield: SJL 150 produces 300kg/h. it has good quality products: while
particles transparent, good color; low energy consumption.
