Descriptions:

DJ gearbox frame supports the output at lower part of frame. No shaft seal is available inside frame. The

reducer output shaft and the mixing shaft is connected by GT rigid flange shaft coupling. DJ gearbox frame

increases the distance between mixing shaft and base frame while shortening the length of cantilever

section, which improves capacity of shaft stiffness and vibration. It is normally adopted in atmospheric and

open-container mixing system.

This series of gearbox frame can be matched with all kinds of vertical cycloid reducers and LC, DC gear

reducers, also chose all kinds of shaft coupling types. The series can be divided into WJ(ⅠANDⅡ), DJ

andSJ, and the three kinds of mechanical frames respectively are without bearing, single bearing and

double bearings. Installed different types gusset plate, in definite range, the same mechanical frame can

bematched with reducer of different type(gear and cycloid) and diameter of out view shaft. Size of gusset

plateand shaft coupling is adjusted and provided by our factory.

Storage:

1. Pls do not store in outdoor.

2. Pls put cardboard, wood or other material between the products and floor. the gear box cannot directly

touch the floor.

WARRANTY:

1. HFT guarantees the products sold for one year from the date of delivery.

2. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement, free at our plant, of defective parts due to an ascertained

defect of material or manufacture. The parts replaced remain our property. All other compensation is

excluded, nor can any direct and/or indirect damage be claimed of any nature, also for the temporary lack

of use of the goods purchased.
