Introductions:
GN-HRP-MR100B is a compact precision electric rolling press It has dual ceramic coated rollers of 100 mm dia. x 100mm width with > surface hardness of > 70 HRC. . It is an ideal rolling press for battery electrode sheet without any metallic contaimination.

Application Notes
The MSK-HRP-MR-100B roller is specially designed for battery R&D in terms of its advantages as affordable, compact and precise.
Please strictly follow the instructions during operation
Must use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting
Apply antirough if machine were to be unused for a long period of time
Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC
The minimum thickness of the rolled sheet should depend on the physical property of the materials.
