LCF510 is the same as LCF500, they all belong to Low Profile Compression Disk Load, but LCF510 is only suitable for measuring compression, LCF500 belongs to Tension and Compression Load Cell, and the material is different, LCF510 is usually made of alloy steel, stainless steel is available, LCF500 is made of aluminum and alloy steel, in addition, the construction is different, LCF510 has a steel ball, which can ensure the force transferring.
LCF510 has other features, the capacities is from 5t to 50t, nickel plating, it is fully potted with special chemical compounds to IP66 to protect the cell from water and moisture attack. The capacity of anti deviated load and impact is very strong. its structure is very compact, the design is suitable for the low profile device, on the process of making this load cell, there is unavoidable to arise side force in the normal operations, the shear web design provides excellent performance, the typical example for side force resistance is the application motor truck scales.
