LCF500 is a kind of Low Profile Compression Disk Load Cell, it belongs to Tension & Compression Spoke Load Cell, Seal by welding, low deflection for high output, it is made of aluminum alloy from 2.5KN to 10KN, anodized on the surface, others capacities, they are made of alloy steel, nickel plating, it is fully potted with special chemical compounds to IP66 to protect the cell from water and moisture attack. The capacity of anti deviated load and impact is very strong.
LCF500 load cell is available in the capacities 2.5KN to 450KN, its structure is very compact, the design is suitable for the low profile device, on the process of making this load cell, there is unavoidable to arise side force in the normal operations, the shear web design provides excellent performance, the typical example for side force resistance is the application motor truck scales.
