Rod Screw Rolling Machine leads, by retarding the belt, spinning of the rolled thread installed off-center. It's widely used in the processing of extruded tubes led by the electrical heating parts or the after shape processing of rolled threads. Adjusting wheel-set central distance and replacing thread rolling gear will help make screws of different diameters and of different pitches. Screw thread standard processed by this method (GS-6) has a maximum of screw thread M6 in diameter.
