The standard type of the TLQ Pneumatic Filling Machine is a 24-workplace, that is, to fill in 24 parts per time. It is applicable to the production of elements whose length is within 1000 mm, and the diameterΦ12.7mm. The 24-workplace model is speedy equipment, which fills automatically after being hung up by manual work and pushed out of the hook automatically after filling. It is controlled by Siemens Logo, and can be operated by a single operator. It produces over 4000 parts in 8h. There are two standard models of this machine, TLQ24-1000 whose longest filling length is 1000 mm and TLQ24-650 whose longest filling length is 650 mm. The guiding mechanism and the core rod mechanism of these machines are movable, while the filling tubes are immovable after clamped. The machine adopts rack and hand wheel structure, so the filling length and the position are easy to adjust. The air-oil converting mechanism makes the filling rise evenly.
