Walking beam cooling bed and cooling bed series products are mainly used in steel smelting industry, profile production line of the bar and tube production line. Walking beam cooling bed can meet an annual production capacity of 10-1 million tons.
Walking beam cooling bed is composed of feeding system, cooling bed body, neck device, cutting device of four parts. Feeding system adopts cylindrical roller tilt place, roller frequency conversion motor drive alone, roller feeding by single skirt plate brake.
Feeding mechanism with arc plate, pinch roll belt running groove, brake skirt plate. Brake apron lift including hydraulic, mechanical structure in the form. Cooling bed ontology for Walking beam type. Input roller adopts frequency conversion control or communicate direct drive, output roller adopts ac drive way.
Walking beam cooling bed delivers the steel and section bar to the roller bed. Then passing to the package and storage area.
