Description:
KBG-1060 Industrial Ultrasonic cleaning machine designed with Ultrasonic power 3000W, Frequency 28KHz or as request, interior tank size with 950x 550x 650(L x W x H mm ), Transducers are matched onto the bottom of the cleaning tank, heating power 3KW, with external stainless steel heating plate, maintenance more convenient. Generator for digital type, power adjustable, and Ultrasonic current, ultrasonic power, frequency, cleaning time are all be realization of digital display and setting. The machine power, frequency, and size can be designed according to your requirements.
This custom made Single tank Industrial Ultrasound cleaner using Environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agent . Ultrasonic cleaning tank Main tank made of high quality SUS304 2.0mm stainless steel production; the side which match transducers use of high quality SUS316L 2.0mm or SUS304 2.5mm stainless steel. Digital Ultrasonic generator, single chip microcomputer technology, more stable operating conditions, the output power is more powerful. This series Industrial Ultrasonic cleaning machines are suitable for electroplating treatment and cleaning after plating; car accessories cleaning; metal components cleaning; machine parts cleaning; optical frames cleaning, etc.
