Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Block has advantages as follows: light weight, high strength, ideal precast building material, superb heat to suffer, fire and sound resistance. It also offers construction solutions which are cost economic as well as energy efficient. AAC is made from silicon material (silica sand, or recycled fly ash) and calcium material (lime, cement), mixed with foaming additive (aluminum powder), batched with water. It is made into the multi-cell silicate product by the processes of molding, pre-curing, cutting, evaporating and curing. AAC Blocks are widely used in various constructions, such as load bearing and pillar structure Buildings, Boundary walls, Roads, Culverts, Pavement and so on.
