Description:
Cuplock scaffold, also known as Cuplok is one of the worlds most widely and successfully used modular scaffolds. Its unique locking action makes it the fastest, safest and most economic system available, also makes it the example of the safe scaffold market of the worlds. Cuplcok was introduced to China in the late 1980\'s and now Chinese can supply quality products all over the world.
One Cuplock Standard node point enables up to 4 components to be fastened at once just with one hammer. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed bottom cup that is welded to the standard at pre-located 0.5m intervals, top cup can slide up and down within the restricted range. Locate the blade end of the ledgers into bottom cup, drop down and rotate the top cup to secure the component in place, then tighten with the hammer. How simple the assembly procedure --Provides Vertical Support for Scaffolds;
Applications:
The Screw Jack has an adjustment of approximately 0.45m and is used for both access and support structures to accommodate variations in ground and soffit levels. For support, load bearing capacity of up to 75kN (breaking loading about 140KN) .
SJS –Swivel Screw Jack base, will be used on the slope base ground for supporting.
