Applications:
12” Caster will be used when CUPLOK is erected as a mobile tower. The plate on the caster will be connected with CCA base plate and secured with 4bolts and nuts. (CCA are fitting into Standards and is secured with a hexagonal head bolt.
Description:
Cuplock scaffold, also known as Cuplok is one of the worlds most widely and successfully used modular scaffolds. Its unique locking action makes it the fastest, safest and most economic system available, also makes it the example of the safe scaffold market of the worlds. Cuplcok was introduced to China in the late 1980\'s and now Chinese can supply quality products all over the world.
One Cuplock Standard node point enables up to 4 components to be fastened at once just with one hammer. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed bottom cup that is welded to the standard at pre-located 0.5m intervals, top cup can slide up and down within the restricted range. Locate the blade end of the ledgers into bottom cup, drop down and rotate the top cup to secure the component in place, then tighten with the hammer. How simple the assembly procedure --Provides Vertical Support for Scaffolds;
