Description:
YL-238 Toe Upper Steaming Machine is as the same function as the model YL-236 of the advanced technology, these shoes machines are used for humidifying and softening the hot glue sheet of leather tip for the purpose of upper binding made by upper binding machine, The normal temperature is 100-120 degrees and the time is subject to set upon material, ranging from 10-20 seconds.
Technical Features:
1. This machine is used for steaming toe upper;
2. Controlled by the control display which is on the operator board;
3. It has two control positions, put toe upper in by hand, the machine works it automatically;
4. When putting toe in ,machine starts to work, cylinder start switch is runner design, it is convenient, and saves space;
5. Up mold gets down, control runner switch by the button in the front of machine;
6. Original temperature of up-mold is 100 degree, down-mold is fixed of the original temperature 120 degree. The temperature can be adjusted by manual.
