Description:
YL-389 Upper Steaming & Heating Machine fits for leather softening and eliminating wrinkle, rise the quality and cut down lose of upper. Especial good for PU-COATING and PU shoes; It can soften the toe and whole upper, making the leather and glue soft and easy to do lasting; it is better for softening the Goodyear shoes to make upper soft to put in the last easily; Just for different lasting ways, the upper is easy to get winkle after lasts slipping. The machine vulcanize upper after soften it, the upper can get best performance; the steam can be adjusted by demand and fit for all kinds of shoes and the water can be adjusted by demand as well. It has two phase adding water and lacking water alarm, more phase protection with good safety.
Technical Features:
1. This machine employs the inside powerful high pressure, and the spraying principle of low water content of the steam, which makes the operation easy, and the softening of the shoe surface quicken;
2. The machine employs automatically water supplying system controlled the water lever through two procedures, and is fixed with multiple layers safety system for arming the shortage of the water. The safety is very high;
3. The volume of the steam, the content of the water, and the proposing time can be adjusted, which applies to all kinds of leather;
4. This machine employs the steam of high temperature and large pressure model, which makes the shoe surface soften adequately. Then add the sulfur to shape the shoe surface, which makes the shoe surface and wooden shoe last tightened to achieve the effect of removing the furrow.
