Completely sealed and water-free maintenance; no acid gas and environment friendly.
It has adopted colloid electrolyte technology, avoiding density stratification problem of acid solution and eliminating plate corrosion and passivation caused by density stratification.
Applied with German Gel formula, grid alloy and unique plate formula, the battery is performed very well in cycling and recovery from deep discharge, especially in rainy days.
More suitable for using in harsh condition than AGM battery as the rich electrolyte inside of the Gel battery makes it working stable in high temperature or over charge.
Good performance in cold environment and the battery capacity decreases little when using in low temperature.
Little self discharge because of the super-pure material and the low density of the electrolyte, it can be stored over 6 months.
Battery Constructions
1. Positive and negative plates
Positive and negative plates consist of active mass and a lead-calcium alloy grid structure.
2. Retainer, adjusting plate
Unwoven glass fiber cloth, with a high oxidation and heat resistance, is used to offer superior electrolyte absorption and retaining ability and satisfactory ion conductivity.
3.Safety valve
The safety valve opens when there is an abnormal increase in internal pressure caused by overcharging or misusage. Gas is released from the battery to return the pressure back to normal.
4.Container and covers
Container and covers are made of ABS or PP resin, with superior strength and acid resistance characteristics. The container and covers are sealed to prevent electrolyte and gas leakage.

How to replace battery
1.Switch off the engine and keep sparks flames cigarettes away from battery at all times before removing the old battery .
2. Disconnect the negative terminal , first and avoid short-circuit caused by tools ,when removing old battery .
3. Clean corroded parts in tray and cable clamps , before installation of new battery
