Automatic QGF600 5 gallon 20L barrel drink/pure/mineral water filling machine
This filling line specially produce 3 or 5 gallons barreled drinking water.
Production capacity 100-1200 Barrels/Hour.
It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit.In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid, washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer. Washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal barrel caps qutomatically. This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles to ensure caps are aseptic and healthy. Also this line can automatically feeds, washes, sterilizes, fills, caps , counts, and products discharging, it is a new kind of barreled water auto-production line, which integrates machanism, electricity and pneumatics technology together.
