PE PP corrugated flexible pipe production line:

  This machine line can be produced corrugated pipes of PE PP PVC EVA ,as well as PA(nylon) pipes.Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance,resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity,good flexibility,etc.

  They are widely used in fields of auto wire,electric thread-passing pipe s, circuit of machine tool,protective pipes of lamps and laterns wire,tubes of air conditioner and washing machine,can punching holes for reclamation works. 

 Convoluted protective covering has wide variety applications accrossing all industries. Typical applications are wire harnesses, protective covering fluid carrying hoses and protective boots.

   Plastic single wall corrugated pipe machine line adopts gears to run modules and templates, so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of products,which ensures high-speed molding,even corrugation,smooth inner and outer pipe wall.These corrugated pipes are especially used as wires of up-market cars.
