Description:This fin type is formed from a bi-metallic tube consisting of an aluminium outer tube and an inner tube of almost any material. The fin is formed by rolling material from the outside of the exterior tube to give an integral fin with excellent heat transfer properties and longevity. The extruded fins offer excellent corrosion protection for the base tube. Maximum operating temperature for this fin type is 280°C. Specifications: 1) Fin material: aluminium 2) Tube materials: steel, copper, stainless steel 3) Base tube O.D.: 5/8" (15.88mm) to 1 1/2" (38.1mm) 4) Fin height: 1/4" (6.35mm) to 5/8" (15.88mm) 5) Fin Thickness: 0.012" (0.30mm) to 0.020" (0.51mm) Note: we can offer high frequency welding spin fin tubes.
