Size range: Bar's outside diameter from 25 to 320mm Tube's outside diameter from 4 to 219mm, thickness from 0.5 to 20mm Sheet's size is 1000×2000mm, thickness from 0.8 to 18mm Wire's outside diameter from 0.3 to 8.0mm Strip's thickness from 0.2 to 1.0mm Main achievement: Because of its favorable characters such as anti-erosion, anti-heat and anti-oxidation, the Inconel 600, as the representative of nickel alloy is widely used in chemical industry as well as other industires to produce condenser and heat-exchanger. During the period of Aug. 2002 to Feb. 2003, Shanghai JW Steel Co., Ltd. together with Sichuan Changcheng Concord Steel Tube Co., Ltd. produced 7 tons of welding wire ERNiCr-3, 8.5 tons of welding strip EQNiCr-3 and 10 tons of flux for Xi'an JinZhu Chemical Industry Project 134a through the way of international public bidding, meanwhile produced 250 tons of Inconel 600 heat-exchange alloy tubes in one batch. In this deal, welding material was produced by Shanghai JW Steel Co., Ltd. It was the first time in China to produce such large amount of high temperature alloy. In March 2005, through the international public bidding, Shanghai JW Steel Co., Ltd. produced 1.5 tons of welding wire ERNiCr-3, 2.2 tons of welding strip EQNiCr-3, 2 tons of flux, 2 tons of welding rod ENiCrFe-3 for the second phase of Xi'an JinZhu Chemical Industry Project, and for the first time developed and produced 9.6 tons of strips Inconel 600 (0.15*115). During Oct. 2005 to Jan. 2006, Shanghai JW Steel Co., Ltd. again produced 3.5 tons of welding wire ERNiCr-3, 24.8 tons of welding strip EQNiCr-3, 7.5 tons of welding rod ENiCrFe-3, 24.8 tons of flux, and 19.2 tons of steel strip Inconel 600 for China Chemical International Environment Protection Project. After customers' three years usage of the material, it has been approved that the nickel alloy welding materials produced by Shanghai JW Steel Co., Ltd. fully accord with the requirements of ASME (2001) AFA-5.11 and ASME (2001) AFA-5.14, and can be put into the batch production.
