The instrument is mainly used for the measurement of the grid scratching adhesion of the organic paints. It is not only applicable to the laboratories, but also good to the construction sites under various conditions. There are three specifications of multi-blade cutters(1mm,2mm,and 3mm),which can be closed for different test conditions.
The multi-blade cutter with 1mm distance is suitable to the test pieces with the paint film less than 60µm.The multi-blade cutter with 2mm distance is suitable to the test pieces with the paint film of 60-100µm.
