C.  Characteristics

a)      The machine ismainly composed of saw-frame, bed(worktable), vertical feeding mechanism,upright press mechanism, rotation worktable, hydraulic system and coolingsystem etc.

b)     Saw frame is weldedby square tube and steel plate with aging treatment to ensure strengthen andprecision.

c)      Saw framefeeding is controlled by hydraulic servo proportional valve and encoder realizedigital control.

d)     Blade saw keep goodtensile in rapid moving condition by hydraulic tensile control.

e)     Power brush wasequipped on blade saw to clean chips, which can adhere to blade occasionally,automatically.

f)      Spiralchips-removal system is equipped on machine to collect chips.
