Description on the machine
The series of belt dryers deal with the material feeding on the belt, with certain assistant machines, such as material feeding machine, swinging belt, slicer or grain maker. There are one or several routes which consist with heating units, and each unit has air heating and circulating system; and each route will have one or several humidity elimination system. On the belt, the hot air will dry the material equably through each unit.
Usage
The belt dryer is used well in the big production continuously, such as the drying on the slice, strip, and grain material, especially for the vegetable and medicine, which has higher moisture, but the drying temperature cannot be high. The series of belt dryer has the good points, like faster drying, higher evaporation, and better product quality.
Characteristic The belt dryer is controlled automatically. Every 1 meter is a circulating unit, there is one circulating blower working for. Machines involved Material of main part: the belt is made of stainless steel; the frame is carbon steel, packing with carbon steel and painting, the middle part is the thermal insulation, made of good glass cotton. The belt is the stainless steel monolayer belt. 1 pair of material blocking panel for belt Supporting bars: it is made of galvanized steel pipe, and fixed with the belt. Chain: made of 45# steel, the chain is working with cover for protection. Blower: 10 units circulation blower, and 1 unit humidity elimination blower. 1 set of pipe of humidity elimination, and 1 set of pipe of circulation. (There are several uneven holes on the circulation pipe, to make sure the better drying) The speed of belt is controlled by frequency conversion generator, which can well control the settling time of material, so that to control the drying level and adjust the capacity in all. 1 unit controlling box The stove can be prepared by client or from ours, but before manufacturing, we should know the stove you will use, so that we can make certain changes for the final stove.
