JS-301 one-part sealant is solvent free, fog free, unsulfurized and permanent, based on poly-isobutyl for insulating glass. It keeps plastic and sealing with a wide temperature range. Sealant surface does not crack or harden. JS-301 has good adhesive performance for glass, aluminum alloy, zinc plated steel, and stainless steel. It can from an excellent humid proof system with elastic sealant. This product is mainly used together with JS-998 two-part polysulfide, JS-8000 two-part silicone structural sealant, or JS-997 two-part silicone sealant for insulating glass with two-layer seal. Clean and dry surface can get rid of dirty or oily things. JS-301 is applied by special hot-melting butyl extrusion machines. The extrusion condition can be set through temperature and pressure adjustment with the temperature range between 100 - 130°C. The environment temperature should not be lower than 10°C during application. Inner packing: 7kg/barrel
