CO-EXTRUDER
In co-extrusion shines SPG with a range of perfect co-extruder. Technologies matched specially to the demands of co-extrusion cover all output ranges and offer the best solution for customer-specific requirements. High-grade formulations and materials of all qualities are extruded on the compact machines. They are used to process the co-extrusion main profiles or seals from soft and rigid PVC, TPE or other extrudable elastomers.
The SPG co-extruder guarantees hitch-free processing of a wide variety of plastics and features and with flexible operating system. The plasticizing unit is provided with a back pressure unit and AC motor with reduction gearbox. The operating elements are in a separate housing with 3 meter long connection cable. Normally FCE30 co-extruder is equipped with 3 heating zones, optionally extendable with up to 3 cooling zones.
