Precise cutter
Cutting device is finished with pneumatic elements and servo drive tracking device, cutting signal derive from rotary encoder, according to encoder length signal to calculate PLC, control cutting system and servo drive tracking system to complete precise cutting. Special saw blade and profile plug cover and adopted high performance dust collector device, to guarantee dust-proof production operation.
Servo Drive System
Cutting device is equipped with motorized cylinder and servo drive (before used screw drive). To keep the high precision and smoothly movement.
