TECHNICAL PROFILE EXTRUSION LINE
The application range of the TEP LINE extends from the extrusion of technical profiles in and around the construction industry to the production of sealing profiles of soft PVC or thermoplastic elastomers, and increasingly also to applications in the WPC production.
TEP SERIES
a) With single screw extruder, suitable for all kinds of technical profile extrusion from granular materials, e.g.: PVC, PP, PE, ABS, PC, PS, PMMA, TPE, TPU, etc.
b) Applied range of products: auto industry, farm tools industry, window-shades, refrigeration industry, super market, transportation industry and other co-extrusion profiles.
It contains TEP-45, TEP-60 types, suitable for all kinds of technical profile extrusion.
TEP Calibration Table
a) The length: 3m, 4.5m and 6m. Extrusion center height : 1000~1100m.
b) PLC control, synchronous operation with complete machine.
TEP Haul-off & Saw Unit Combi.
a) Haul-off and saw unit in the one frame with cover.
b) Haul-off force: 4KN, 8KN. Frame length: 2.8m.
c) Maximum haul-off speed: 20m/min.
