ECO PLUS WINDOW PROFILE EXTRUSION LINE
ECO Plus Concept is the new dimension on the extrusion scene, to offer an optimal solution for energy and environment in the extrusion. ECO Plus Concept is a patented technology for energy saving system, which was developed by our headquarter in Austria on the basis of reliable know-how and experiences in the extrusion business since many years. There’re two alternative for ECO Plus Concept: Central Vacuum Energy Saving System, Control Vac System.

ECO Plus Calibration Table
→Standard version: 6m, 10m,13m, 15m.
→All of table are made with SUS304 stainless steel. The cover panel made by high strength ABS material. It’s clean and maintainance friendly.
→Special design of water circulation and main water tank achieved cooling water separately circulation. It can save energy and also ensure the cooling water cleanly.
→Motorized height-, longitudinal- and side adjustment.
→Patented energy saving system and separation tank system guarantee stabile vacuum and maximum energy saving with 50~70% possibility.
→Two alternative of energy saving: Central vacuum energy saving system, Control vac system. Alternative1: Central Vacuum Energy Saving System with Valve, patented;Alternative2: Control Vac with FU
ECO Plus Haul-off & Cutter Combination
Equipment consisting of a massive, painted base frame designed for uptake of the caterpillar-cutter unit. Haul-off and cutter can be disassembled easily and be placed next to each other in a distance of max. 1meter. Easy access on operating side due to sliding doors. The machine is controlled by B&R control system.
PROFILE-TILTING TABLE
Suitable for profile lengths up to approx. 6000 mm and width up to 300 mm.
Consisting of a base frame and stainless steel table. Equipment adjustable to each extrusion center height by setscrews. Automatic tilting of cut profile according to alignment at the saw.
