Description:

Two in one fit up station characteristic: fit up the two vessel through hydraulic, thus weld the two vessels together. one set fit up rotator consists by two independent fit up rotator, one fit up rotator and idler rotator putted on the same seat frame, and under frame with wheels, and it can adjusting the distance between two vessels through oil cylinder, when fit up, one section vessel putted on them, and another fit up rotator fixed in the center of big seat frame, the drive rotator located at the other side, it with manual traveling device, and the other section vessel putted on them, thus the two vessels fit up firstly through hydraulic oil cylinder bowse in the the distance between two vessels, then adjusting the hight of the vessel to realize the fit up.

Applications:

The hydraulic fit-up rotators are usually used for fitting up of wind towers / cone pipe assembly welding because of the diameter difference between two sides of the pipe. We have to change the position of the pipe in one end to make the central axes line is in horizontal level, then, the pipe or tank can be rotate smoothly. Hydraulic adjust the center to center spacing of roller group, in accordance with the diameter variations of work piece.
