The Machine is Hydraulic Three Rolls Bending Machine,used on bending plates into cylinders.
The Top Roll can move perpendicularly and horizontally.
User can adjust the top roll in a non-symmetric position to the two lower rolls, in order to pre-bend the plate.
Motor,reducer drive the two lower rolls roll the cylinder.
The height of the two lower rolls is constant,so plate feeding and operation are convenient.
Applications:
this machine is the necessary equipment of boiler, ship manufacturing, the petroleum chemical industry, the cement, the motor and other machines.

End prebending of high precision High accurate end pre-bending when bending the end, it can frely set the length of the dge. Top roller presses down, and high accurate end pre-bending is done under a certainpressure.
