The machine adopts a 3-roller symmetrical structure with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lower rollers, which is achieved through the drive of the screw, the screw, the nut, the worm and the lead screw, the two lower rollers rotates, and provides the plate materials with torque through the engagement to the output gear of the moderator with the gear of the lower rollers.
The disadvantage of the machine is that the ends of the plate materials need to have the help from other equipment for pre-bending.
Applications:
It’s principle of working is the rotary system bending strain, this machine is the necessary equipment of boiler, ship manufacturing, the petroleum chemical industry, the cement, the motor and other machines.
Functions and Features
Up and Bottom Rollers.As the major elements of the machine, the material is high-quality hammered carbon steel.
Frame.There are two frames of each side, bottom parts are fixed in the seat with screws. The connecting bar between the frames can keep them in right position. Inside of the frame, lead screw connecting worm gear with compound bearings in the end of upper roller, through the worm gear driving, the lead screw drives the roller rise or fall.
